The following table details most of the correspondence and attempts at relief from surveillance and biomedical assault beginning on January 20, 2014, when I first discovered evidence of surveillance, up until the present day, plus some information about what appears to have been triggering events - discovery of intrusion into seclusion in the form of surveillance in private areas and attempting to address that via law enforcement, as well as attempts to seek redress for decades of intellectual property theft through the court. Being as there was also evidence of surveillance cameras in the womens' bathrooms and locker room at PCC, I did not believe that Foxworth was going to be helpful and I opted not to respond to him. PCC, in fact, appears to have had a massive multi-campus surveillance and behavior control system assocaited with the entertainment industry - something that essentially amounted to human trafficking. There's a lot more to be said about this, and the huge (private and federal) grants and other rewards it appears to have brought. Of all the extreme experiences to which I've been subjected, the behavior of students, staff, and faculty at PCC was one of the most astounding and world-view shattering to me. |

| Nov 6, 2017 | This was my first attempt at reporting use of biomedical implants and directed energy weapons to a medical professional. I had been seeing a doctor at Multnomah Co Health Dept for about a year, after switching from OHSU Richmond Family Clinic due to OHSU refusal to correct "errors" (fabrications & omissions) in medical records. I had evidence for use of directed energy weapons not just in somatic clues, but also in bizarre markings on my skin, such as mechanical rows of freckles, moles, and other spots or injuries appearing out of thin air or overnight. My intent was to get the doctor to photograph some of the marks on my skin, document the photos in my medical records, and then return at a later date to take more photos and document the way my skin was changing as a result of the use of directed energy weapons. I also wanted to document other symptons such as the numbness in my fingertips and vibrating in my heels. The doctor was extremely disturbed that I had requested she document these things. She falsely claimed that I was physically aggressive and escalated by needlessly calling on security to escort me out of the office. | |||
| October 2017 | In October 2017 I sold my most prized possession, a 1964 Fender Mustang guitar, and used the money to purchase a bug detector and a Geiger counter. I purchased the bug detector because, based on sensations and other unusual physical phenomena, I was certain that there were some wirelessly accessible biomedical implants in my body. I also was fairly certain that there were bugs in my apartment. The Geiger counter was an afterthought. I thought that the bug detector would provide the forensic evidence that I would need to confirm my allegations, initiate an investigation, and solve the problem. I did in fact find evidence of wireless rigging throughout my apartment, and I found more than a dozen areas in my body giving off high frequency signals. However, doctors, police, and FBI have all consistently refused to consider this evidence. They also consistently refuse conduct their own tests to confirm or refute my findings. One thing that did happen is that once I found this evidence, and brought it up with doctors, the fabrications in my medical records amplified in such a way as to paint me as a person who is histrionic, delusional, and potentially violent. | |||

| July 15-16, 2021 | I was determined to report Chris' death to police as a murder, being as I know that it was a murder, and because I was still suffering from biomedical attacks. Since I began trying to reconnect with police about this conspiracy in 2020, I've found it extremely difficult to get in touch with an officer, and unproductive once an officer is contacted. I made up my mind that I would do everything possible to file this report. I began my efforts to contact Portland police by calling the number from a cafeteria at Providence Hospital, which I did shortly after 5pm 7/15. This was to help avoid problems with phone cut offs that might be location specific. After about 45 minutes of waiting I decided it might be more productive to appear in person at the police department downtown, so that is what I did. I waited at the police department downtown for about three hours, as police officers ran past me this way and that. No one took my report. I had to go back home before the trains stopped running. I eventually made phone contact with some police officers in the early morning hours, but the conversations were unproductive. A document production request from the City of Portland for Mult Co civil suit 23CV20288 turned up no records related to any of my calls to or contacts with police on July 15-16, 2021. | |||

This decision was consequential - within hours of that Nov 17 decision biomedical assaults both on myself and on Roxy increased significantly. |

I explained the different processes I'd gone through to address this issue, and I described some of the evidence I have showing that the problem is in fact wirelessly operated biomedical implants, as well as why I had to conclude that it is the FBI behind this abuse. I received a response dated July 23 from "Office of Administration Correspondence Management staff" beginning "thank you for writing the (DOJ), Criminal Division." They did not refer to any specifics but I concluded this must have been a response to my letter to the Attorney General. The staff relayed to me that "the Criminal Division suggest you forward your correspondence to (the Civil Rights Division) and requests your patience as you allow that office to appropriately review your concerns and comments." This suggestion shows that the Criminal Division did not read my entire letter since I explained that I had filed two Civil Rights complaints against the FBI in 2021, even providing reference numbers - and that both of those complaints had received no response. The reference number on this letter from DOJ is NM302133285. |
