At this visit I described issues I’d been having linked to biomedical implants and directed energy weapons, and discussed my thoughts about ideas of how to better document this issue, solicited input from Dr Warrington on the matter. Was trying to outline the problem and develop a strategy, with Dr Warrington, for moving forward.
