Overview

Scientific Testing

In an effort to provide enough information to either initiate a federal investigation, support a civil action, or spur journalistic investigation I have conducted the following tests:

1. wide-range (1 MHz - 6 GHz) frequency tracing using a monopole antenna - shows specific areas from which signals are emanating
2. frequency tracing using spectrum analyzer - shows specific frequency range, wave forms, and amplitude
3. geiger counter (radiation detection)
4. thermal (IR) imaging
5. electromagnetic field (EMF) measurements using cell phone magnetometer
6. radiography (x-ray)

Every one of these tests/experiments has showed abnormalities, or what I would consider to be unusual or questionable results, with many of the results documented in video and other ways. The point of these tests is to provide support for the physical affects which I have experienced and which have caused me and others to suffer. 

Background

I first detected what I considered to be undeniable signs of illegal, intrusive surveillance in our home on January 20, 2014. A few days later I began to notice the use of wireless electronic weapons which I assumed were hand-held and directed by sight and surveillance. It took another four years after that for me to understand that in fact these wireless weapons connect with covertly implanted bioelectronic transducers. I came to understand this as a vast wireless weapons system involving hidden tranceivers in residences and in public places, relaying via towers and aircraft (drones). Hand held devices are involved, though probably less commonly. I also came to understand that the existence of this system is widely known, though perhaps not fully understood or appreciated by most, in terms of its strength, danger, and lack of accountability. It is the very definition of a vast conspiracy.

From the moment I detected signs of surveillance in my home, performing the necessary tests and collecting the necessary evidence was of paramount priority. Signs were pointing to surveillance in our bathrooms, and in our bedrooms - including the bedroom of my teenaged daughter.

I called the police to report the crime. I didn't know if the police would help me, but what I was not prepared for was the police tricking me, and colluding with doctors to baselessly put me on a mental health hold. Records were fabricated. The hold was initially removed at my request, but I was shocked at how they had treated me. I tried to report a crime, and police refused to investigate, instead smearing me and falsely imprisoning me.

One week later, in California, police chased me down and successfully placed me on a 72 hour hold which ended up lasting five days and creating the foundation for years of interconnected defamatory lies and fabrications in all kinds of reports. All of this was done to facilitate continuing the crime, a crime which as of this writing is still ongoing.

The pattern has been that any professional with the ability to detect the technology in use, and every professional with a duty of care, has refused to investigate or address my allegations. Every police officer, every doctor, every researcher, every FBI agent I've contacted has refused to open the type of investigation that would reveal the existence of wireless frequency-emitting biomedical (bioelectronic) devices. For this reason, I've been forced to conduct my own tests. Even then, efforts are made to subvert, sabotage, and discredit my work.

Because of this treatment, I've continued to suffer, and I've had to watch others around me suffer and die, most recently my father, because of this technology, and how it is being used, and because of the corruption and deceit that enables it.
