Summary

The crimes from which I am suffering exist in larger cultural, economic, social, and political context. They are associated with the idea of occult, esoteric, cabalistic, alchemical, hermetic, secret, underground, activities and research. They are also associated with financial and geopolitical power and control and with secret government programs and activities that have taken place over the years. Of these, one of the most significant would be Project MKULTRA. Good information about these programs can be difficult to find. Much of what has been written about Project MKULTRA and related endeavors appears to be intentionally misleading. For that reason, I've had to do more intensive research than should be necessary. By going back to primary source material - surviving original documents associated with this research - one begins to put together a picture of the actual scope, nature, and intent of this type of research.

Fortunately, over the past twenty years, much MKULTRA and related mid-century material has been declassified and increasingly made available online at the CIA and archive.org. The Black Vault has a huge collection (20,000+ pages they say) of declassified MKULTRA documents, including searchable OCR PDFs, available to download, including as zipped directories.
