Geiger Counter (Radioactivity) investigation

I became aware that some time of electronic weaponry was being used on me, beginning in early 2014. This problem increased in severity into 2017, when the assaults became so severe that I thought I would die. In the summer of 2017 I saw a woman on YouTube, who claimed to be an Oxford-educated particle physicist* suffering from similar attacks, demonstrate various tools for measuring wireless frequencies. She used a wireless frequency tracer (aka "bug detector") to find signals coming from biomedical implants, and she also had a Geiger counter that would suddenly spike to 80CPM at random intervals.

When police, FBI, and doctors all refused to investigate or assist me, I did what I had seen Ms Horton do on YouTube, and purchased the same bug detector she had used, as well as a Geiger counter.

The Geiger counter that I purchased is digital. It came with software for dosimeter recording, but that software was quickly sabotaged, so I was not able to keep track of long term measurements.

The device showed some incidents of concern over the years, though there was always a question of whether the device itself had been wirelessly hacked, as most of my electronic devices had been. Even so, if the device had been wirelessly hacked, that in and of itself is evidence of wireless harassment.

In the fall of 2021 the Geiger Counter began to record some very concerning, long lasting incidents of high radioactivity. This were measurements of around 3000 CPM or higher, at times lasting half an hour or 40 minutes. Most of the time, I would leave my apartment during these incidents. Other times, I tried to take video to use as evidence, hoping that it would lead the police or FBI to investigate.

On September 21, 2021 I called the FBI to report one of these incidents of elevated Geiger Counter readings. The FBI intake agent told me that this was a police matter. It did not concern her that my medical records had also been fabricated, or that police were refusing to take my reports. So I followed her instructions and attempted to report the elevated radioactivity to police.

At first it appeared that police would take a report from me. I was given a report number and I was permitted to speak with an officer named Jason Francis. Officer Francis gave me an email address, and asked me to send my evidence there. So I did. It was my hope that the police might, for example, provide a second Geiger counter to confirm that mine was working properly, and/or include a functional dosimeter. Instead, Officer Francis never returned any emails, and never answered or returned any subsequent phone calls.

In 2023, as part of a lawsuit filed against the City of Portland, I received what I believe to be my complete police record. However, there is no record of my converstation with Officer Francis reporting the abnormally high Geiger counter readings, or of the emails sent to Officer Francis with photographic and video attachments. Similarly, there is no record of me attempting to report Chris' death to them as a murder.

Eventually, because no one was following up on these readings, I unplugged the Geiger counter, as I had already documented something problematic, and the clicks and alarms were now creating stress without producing investigative follow up.

* Note that during a pro-se defamation & conspiracy civil suit filed in 2023 I had the opportunity to depose this woman, whose name is Katherine Horton. She had moved from Switzerland to the U.S., and married a prominent American associated with the intelligence community, William Binney, who is seen by many as a 9/11 whistleblower. Ms Horton was very angry about being deposed. She refused to answer any questions about particle physics, and she refused to show any proof of having a degree from Oxford. She also refused to tell me her birth name. After the deposition I attempted to validate her credentials through Oxford University. After some research, Oxford "confirmed" her PhD in particle physics - however the confirmation itself seems to have been based on hearsay. She does seem to have been allowed to observe or do some work at CERN. Nonetheless, as the daughter of a scientist, and having grown up around many other scientists, I eventually realized that Ms Horton did not behave at all like a scientist, especially when challenged on the facts. I now believe that her degree is fabricated, and that Oxford is covering for her. I believe she is in fact some kind of intelligence operative. Ironically, as sort of a pre-emptive strike, after I began questioning her credentials, Horton publicly accused me of being an intelligence agent.

Horton has always said that she is ethnically Hungarian, growing up in Transylvania and moving to West Germany prior to the fall of the USSR. Perhaps not coincidentally, Hungarian refugees were the subject of one or more MKULTRA Subprojects.

In spite of all this deceit, and intrigue, some of what Horton has shown appears to be factual. Using a bug detector, she did show evidence of biomedical implants in her own body. This is what led me to do the same, with similar results.

As for why I deposed Ms Horton, it is because I was addressing a conspiracy of defamation focused on me. After I identified deceit by Ms Horton, she began to accuse me of defamation. In fact, I had been fooled by what appears to be a well-supported international paramilitary operation covered up with deceit and disinformation (including disinformation published in major newspapers such as the New York Times, and also including the deliberate sabotage of case law through filing and appealing deceitful lawsuits in federal court) regarding the use and proliferation of bioelectronic weaponry.
