Complaints, pleas for help, sent to DOJ Civil Rights Division
Feb 17-April 5, 2021
After repeated failures in my attempts to open a case with either the Portland Police or the FBI, and as the situation was growing increasingly dire, on February 17, 2021 I filed a report through the Department of Justice Office of Civil Rights online form, giving a brief outline of the situation and asking that they contact me for additional information (Report record number 55091-KTM - pdf). On February 18 I sent a detailed letter describing the problem to the Office of Special Counsel, but after a follow up, learned that OSC clientele was limited to federal employees. So I revised the letter and, having not received a response to my online complaint, on April 7, 2021 mailed the letter to the Department of Justice with a the reference number for the original complaint - 55091 KTM - at the top. (Probably not coincidentally, Chris ended up in the hospital again on the morning of April 8.) The April 5, 2021 Letter to D.O.J. is 9 pages long, details the what I knew of the crime at that time, describes my attempts to report the crime and what the results have been, and includes links to some of my evidence and other supplemental materials. I did not receive a response and both I and my husband Chris Newman considered to suffer from brutal directed energy attacks, him as he was dying from cancer, me as I was caring for him. On April 17, I sent a follow up email - report record number 67107-PDP (pdf), writing "I am in danger and so is my daughter. We need to be protected from this crime as soon as possible. We need medical care that we can't get because of corruption. Please help quickly." No help came, and on May 9, 2021 Chris was murdered with what appears to have been a directed energy shot stopping his heart.
