MKULTRA Subproject 71: (See 70,72)
The purpose of this project was to continue the utilization of Dr. Dr. Wallace Chan who during this period was located at the department of Medicine, Neurology Division, Stanford University School of Medicine. He did clinical testing and evaluation of anti-interrogation drugs, monitored other projects being performed at Stanford, reviewed literature, attended and reported on meetings, and acted as a consultant.
