Project MKULTRA & Related

Project MKULTRA lasted from approximately 1963 to 1973. However, other related non-consensual human subjects research focused on diseases, drugs, and mind control ran before, after, and concurrent to Project MKULTRA. Any and all of these are of interest with regards to this criminal conspiracy. For my research into this topic, I rely heavily on original declassified documents and published high quality scientific research. This is a work in progress and this section will be built out as I continue to accumulate information.

Subject Areas and Subprojects

Summary & Analysis

Project MKULTRA lasted from approximately 1963 to 1973. However, other related non-consensual human subjects research focused on diseases, drugs, and mind control ran before, after, and concurrent to Project MKULTRA.

Project MKULTRA involved about 150 subprojects, all of which are still pretty effectively covered up to this day. However, some original MKULTRA materials have been declassified, and hearings on the program were held by government committees between 1975 and 1977, and some FTCA lawsuits were filed, most of them unsuccessful or settled for a pittance (slightly larger awards were inevitably whittled down by congress). Involved institutions and liaisons were well-protected by the CIA, FBI, and by congress. The press did not spend much time digging deep into Project MKULTRA, with most articles  over the years repeating the same talking points, especially emphasizing the idea that the program was long in the past, though that is only true on the most superficial level. I have yet to find a book, article or other secondary source material written about Project MKULTRA which doesn't also engage in material omissions and misdirections.

The reason for this cover up appears to be that MKULTRA or something related to Project MKULTRA was and is being marketed to the global population as some type of business endeavor, but which functions as organized crime centered on biomedical research and covert activities that include everything from surveillance-based sex trafficking of children (I was one of those children, and so were my friends and family members) and profiteering by deliberate induction of chronic diseases (such as the recurring severe pain episodes that I have suffered from since 1991) and the systematic murder of victims and witnesses, usually via disease induction, but also by manipulated catastrophic and violent events. Many of my friends, acquaintances, and family members were tortured, disabled, and murdered through these manipulations.

Biomedical implants are forensic evidence

These allegations are inevitably treated as absurd, but what is truly absurd is the refusal to examine forensic evidence. The reality is that there are smoking guns in the form of wirelessly accessable and detectable biomedical implant networks throughout our bodies - implants that every single doctor, police officer, and federal agent has refused to treat seriously, or to test for scientifically, even after being presented with what should be considered compelling evidence such as frequency scans and spectrum analyzer data. This has gone on long enough and been persistent enough that the only reasonable conclusion is complicity by police, doctors, and researchers. It's conditioning, groupthink, and outright corruption, leading to astounding consistent ethical breaches.

Why it's important

Although there are scant remaining documents associated with CIA's Project MKULTRA, those that exist shine some light into what kinds of things were of interest to the United States government in the middle of the 20th century, and more importantly, what the state of research was at that time, as far as electronically monitoring and manipulating biological systems. Most often histories of Project MKULTRA are focused on the use of drugs, especially LSD. However, by examining remaining documents, and looking at the different subprojects in relation to each other, another picture emerges: one that is very focused on the use of group psychology and electronics, as well as on the combinations of different behavior control strategies in the field. This impeaches the tendency for those involved in the cover up to pretend that such things as wireless control of biological systems have never been systematically studied or deployed.
