March 28, 2026 Updated radiography.
March 17, 2026 - Updated Correspondence, added 2026.
March 14, 2026 - Added a Scientific Tests section. This is the most concise and complete repository of forensic evidence I have made to date. It is still a work in progress, in particular, the radiography section.

October 30, 2025 - Added a landing page and 149 individual subproject pages for MKULTRA Subprojects
October 24, 2025 - Added a section for US Army LSD testing program Project Third Chance.
October 20, 2025 - Added Thornwell section to MKULTRA. (James R Thornwell was questioned under an MKULTRA-adjacent program, Operation Third Chance.)
October 16, 2025 - Broken links (corrupted PDF file for Bioelectronics Directory 1963) repaired on MKULTRA Subproject 119.

October 8, 2025 - Added "Related Research" section, a subdirectory on Project MKULTRA including a timeline, a section on LSD research (featuring the series of videos I made earlier this summer) and Subproject 119 (also featuring videos, with more to come). All of this is a work in progress that will require additional refinement and building out. This is background information helpful for understanding both the cultural and technological aspects of this crime.
September 17, 2025 - Updated the "Roxy photos 2025" section of biomedical pet abuse, separating images into monthly galleries and adding a full year gallery as well.
September 6, 2025 - refinements and repair to correspondence 2015. Specifically, repaired a broken link to a Jan 28, 2015 letter to Portland Mayor Hales (JPG) and to excerpts from a letter to Portland Police Chief O'Dea the following March. Also added a summary and additional details section below the correspondence table.
Added a full year gallery to the "Roxy photos 2024" section of biomedical pet abuse.
September 5, 2025 Completed page of galleries showing Roxy's injuries from 2024, and added introductory text for main Roxy gallery pages (2022-2024).

August 30, 2025 - Continuing to work on documentation of visible injuries to Roxy. Added Roxy injury galleries for July 2024 and August 2024.
August 2025 - work is focused on documenting visible injuries to Roxy via photos in hopes of receiving assistance to stop this abuse.
July 30-August 8, 2025 - Basic timeline for police/FBI interactions and associated events sketched out
