The MKULTRA Briefing Book

The MKULTRA Briefing Book (containing brief summaries of each of the 149 MKULTRA subprojects) seems to have been an internal CIA document compiled for the purpose of responding to various congressional investigations between 1975 and 1977. It is dated with the approximate date of January 1, 1976 and is marked as having been released in January 1999.
